Start on a small crimp/gaston with your left hand and your right hand in a deep, luscious pocket. Place your right foot smearing the right wall with an awkward left heel/mid-foot smear of the left face. Move your left hand up and around the arete to a good crimp. From there, cross your right hand over to a good ledge/rail (or can bump your left hand up but almost too outstretched). From there, move your feet over to the right face, and top out.
