There is a huge, loose flake on the right. There's no danger if the belayer stays left near the gully. Just climb around it; stick to the left and the crack until the tuft of foliage half-way up.. There is also an obvious barely-attached rock at the start but you can climb around that, too.
Quality route
Location
This climb is just beyond the big wall (climber's right). It's the obvious crack system on the steep face just right of the gully. There are some easy cracks inside the gully, too.
Protection
Pro: wires. Natural anchor. Walk off climbers left, circumventing the big gully and eventually down-climbing a very short 5.0 chimney which places you pretty much at the beginning of the climb.
