Description
Sustained interesting climbing at the 5.7-8 level, but one move (about eight feet up) much harder than the others.
Roughly straight up the face, finishing 5 feet right of arete and 3 feet left of short vertical groove with tiny overhang near its top.
name? 1937 Disney movie : non-tall climbing route.
warning: The rock on and around this route has not been climbed much yet, and much of the rock is still breakable and loose -- so the belayer and other people should stand far away from underneath the climber - (and if possible, behind a large tree).
. . . (Lots of vegetation on this rock as of 2016. Be prepared when climbing to navigate around protruding trees and branches, and dealing with holds slippery with grass, lichen, moss, dirt).
Location
Find the ridge / arete with a left-trending diagonal crack across its bottom -- in the left half of the sector, not so far from the left end of the sector. See the 2-foot-wide gully between that arete and the maple tree to the right. Start on the face between the arete and the gully.
