Sick kids

Starts on a decent rail in front of a good jug (the only good jug inside the cave) the exit and top out are difficult so good padding and spotting is recommended. The moves are hard and somewhat painful but it's one of the best problems at the palisades.

This cave can be spotted from Washington boulder, inside you will find a wodden beam and some old towels.
