Awesome Possum

2 nice crux sections make this climb a hoot. Interesting moves on dirty rock (I cleaned a LOT... rain and traffic will help) lead to a pronounced overhang. Tricky, strenuous moves get you to a cool undercling and then some balance moves to easier ground. A minor runout on solid juggy rock gets you to another crux with steep pulling on great edges. And it ain't really over til it's over at the anchor.Both hard sections are above ledgy stuff, so a tight attentive belay is a good idea.My rating may be a sandbag, we'll see what others say. It seems like one of those height-dependent deals.The name has morphed from Climb Scene to Dead Duck (Karen wanted animal names !), to Playing Possum to Awesome Possum.

Find the big broken tree beneath a ledgy area at the left side of the crag. Ledgy area is sort of a bandshell formation. Look for a big bolt. There it is.

9 half inch bolts and CT hooks. 1st hanger is currently missing, I will fix that soon. Stick clip 2nd for now.
