MapDescription
This boulder is located South of Sentinel Pass. As you go down the trail, you will be turning a large rock. After some 20 feet, the rock's East face will become visible as a large, multitiered, overhanging prow of layered rock. To its left, a small dirty slab leads up to a notch with a large pine tree.
The route climbs up the slab to the tree (hiking territory on the other side of the tree). From there, tackle a short South-facing wall (crux), and move back onto the East face for a clean easy slab scramble to the top....
Descent - scramble down West and North some 20 easy feet to the Pass.
Protection
A standard rack.
