Vaccine Card is the easiest way up to a ledge that accesses 3 longer routes above.
The crux is getting off the ground and into the chimney. After that, it is no harder than 5.8 up to the ledge. This is also the best way to descend from the ledge, it's possible to "elevator" this back to the ground.
