Description

Refer to Umpqua guide topo AF pp. 158. Consistently challenging with a great view of the valley below. From the ground follow bolts up the left side of the west corner to a shallow cave. The route continues up from right side of the cave up the arete to a belay ledge on the rock shoulder just below the summit block. From the belay climb to and up the summit block following the path of least resistance. Left side of summit block tends towards 5.10a while the right side tends towards 5.7. Rappel from rappel/belay top anchors to uphill saddle, no chains.

Refer to Umpqua guide Callahan's map pp. 66, photo on pp. 152., and topo AF pp. 158. down right side of Inca Rock and uphill of boulder at the base of Gallows. Now within the clear-cut requiring navigation through downed logging slash.
