The Curse of the Cave

Not sure how to grade this, as I thought the move wasn't too bad but my friends disagreed.

Start about 6-8ft left of Ruth's Roof on the obvious protruding pillar-jug. Power out a large shouldery move to the flake, and match. traverse over the flake and finish as for Ruth's Roof.

There is an obvious sit to this, where you can link the V9 sit into this climb.
