The climbing on Rawhide is reminicant of the Waco Wall, with small sharp holds and great friction. The rock is very compact with small, well bonded xenoliths. From the north end of the Panhandle climb the apron to a set of holes situated in a horizontal crease where the apron steepens to vertical. Solve the high step sequence utilizing side pulls from shallow crescent shaped holds. Work onto a knob on the dike and climb small sharp holds to a mantle and the anchor.

Location

Far north end of the Panhandle where the cliff band disappears into the vegetation, eight feet left of Biscuit, The route can be identified by two distinctive dikes diagonaling across the face.

4 bolts & 2- Fixe ring anchor.
