Sit start with same hands as

, and start moving right on low ledge. Make a big move up and to the right, top out over the nose of the wall.

Start on the lower left side of the East face of the U.S.S. Boulder. Move right and up.

We made it by with only 3 pads, but 4 is suggested. A fall from the top drops you perfectly into a pit surrounded by some large rocks, so set your pads up carefully. A spotter should do the trick.
