Just to the left of "third stone from the sun". Not to hard, Good spot to warm up or start the day, a little sketchier than third stone but not to bad once you find the handholds.

South side of covered bridge. If walking along the stanislaus river on the trail near the river heading east you should run into it pretty quickly on your right. Maybe a 3 minute walk from the covered bridge road. It will be on the left if you are looking at "third stone from the sun"
