Prime Rib

Prime Rib is among the most aesthetic granite boulders. It has an obvious standing start, powerful moves, immaculate stone, obvious topout finish, flat landing, and is tall enough to get the epinephrine flowing.

Way up there. Hike past Paul Bunyan, then up right past the Sloth. This brings you to Upper Wasatch Resort. Prime Rib sits well above this. Hike straight up the cleaner talus field (there is a dirtier talus field slightly downcanyon) and keep an eye out for the stunning line.

4-6 pads would be great so that you can stack a couple for the topout, and cover the potential fall zone at the beginning. 2 large and 1 regular was manageable.
