Description
A RMNP classic. One of the very best V11s in all of Colorado. Very cool holds, technical beta, perfect landing, and great body tension give this route four stars.
Crux for me is holding the tension after sticking the undercling and getting my right foot into a backstep on the rail, although some people think it is going to the undercling.
From the undercling and sidepull it is V9 and is the original line called Veritas. Veritas Low Left begins on flake down and left from the vertical sloping rail on Veritas Assis proper.
Location
The center line on the Veritas Boulder. Identified by the large vertical sloping rail.
Protection
Lots of pads. Spotters. The upper section is very committing.
