Make your way to the Left side of Velo, walk past Lightning Rod Arete, continue up and over a small hill where a sheared off boulder creates a ledge and becomes the base of the wall. This is the middle of the three routes on this wall, 20ft or so left of where the cliff and pinnacle are separated.
