Start from a sit, squeezing the supreme slabby feature with your left hand on the arete.  A few slaps, fancy footwork and a long pull will land you on top.

100 feet down and right from the lookout.  Just east, at the same level and facing a majority of the other problems, i.e. the big year and spiral staircase.
