Contrived but awesome. Climb up narrow slab between two features. Avoid the large hueco on left and angling crack to the right. Delicate balance/smedging will lead you to commiting top out.

Park at island, walk towards lifestyles. Walk left at the top of the hill when you see big boulder with lone knob. It is on the large slab behind.
