Sit start on the right side of the roof with one hand on the big undercling and your other hand on one of the positive holds. Traverse along the lip with your hands on the lip and feet on the on the attached ledge. The detached block that is leaning against the ledge is off.As mentioned by Jennifer Legaspi, be very careful around the flake at the pinnacle of the roof, it's big and is gonna come off soon. There are some very positive holds just above it.

Sit start on the far right side of the boulder with a big undercling and a postive hold about a foot right of the big pinch.
