So Far Gone

Description

Surprisingly challenging little route. So Far Gone is very "handsy." All the footholds are slippery and not obvious forcing the climber to rely on a strong upper body. The top features a slight overhang that isn't too challenging to get over but offers slight rain protection on drizzly days. Named "So Far Gone" due to it's far distance from the other routes in this beautifully overgrown and natural park.

Out of respect to the original route creators – if anyone knows the original name of this route please leave it in a comment and it will be changed. Thank you.

Location

Last route to the west of the access ramp on the main wall. Almost to the end of the Edwidge Woldson Park. There is an alternate access point for this climb instead of taking the main access area: Walk down the Tiger Trail at the far west side of the park and turn right at the base of the crag, then walk 50 feet to the route.

Protection

3 bolts with hangers to TR chains.
