Climb a series of pockets to the top. Twenty feet or so to the right of Sunshine.

This route can be safely led with tricams and nuts. Cams would likely also be fine, although the horizontal pockets can be a bit grimy. Bolts are at the top but not directly over the route. Redirect your anchor around the tree if you don't want to swing on top rope.
