California Dreaming

The bottom half of this route ascends a shallow right-facing corner that has the approximate outline of the west coast of California. The top of the corner presents a nasty crux encounter on flaky rock. Past this, jam through a small roof and continue up easy ledges to the top of the wall.

To descend, walk to the right and rappel from the chained tree at the top of

Second Wind

and

Foxtrot

.

This is the shallow right-facing corner approximately 30 feet left of the obvious left-facing red dihedral known as

Red Dawn.
