Sit start in an elevator-door on a small, right hand, horizontal crimp and a left hand, vertical gaston. Make a long move left to the arete (there is a small intermediate to help). Adjust and finish up through the crux of Natural Selection.

It is in the middle of the slightly overhung face. The left hand start is the often used right hand sidepull on Natural Selection.
