This route can actually be defined as being between V1 and V4 due to the multitudes of variations existing on the west side of the pinnacle.  Start as low as possible in the shelf and be creative as you go up.

This problem ascends the south face of the spire via laybacks, underclings, and long reaches with a hair swing.  This route is long enough to be toproped with a rating of 5.12.  A small tree at the top can be used for part of an anchor, while a few cams will be necessary as well.

This route ascends the very middle of the boulder, as can be seen in the picture on the previous page.  This southwest side of the pinnacle has an overhanging corner.  Layback on this corner up to the summit.
