The white vertical ridges have decent texture, but a bit sharp. Best climbed barefoot. Climb to second floor and mantle through the window. Just yell and I'll open it for you.

Start on the rectangular blocks, grab the ledge the statue is on with the right, reach for higher left hand on the letters, press with right, grab for top and mantle. The stone quality has good texture. The top platorm is angled about 20 degrees so be careful grabbing for it.

All building climbing around the EIU campus. Rock of varying texture and quality, approach nonexistant.
