Start on the [NE] edge of the Fairview Boulder right next to a tree. Do a SDS on the big pockets, then move (eventually) to a huge flake/pocket. Watch out so that you don't dyno into the tree. This can be done statically just fine though. ;-)

Sit start in the corner with a huge L hand sidepull.  Move up R to a jug ledge, then out the overhang on less positive holds.

Those who are less committed will drop off from the holds on the R trending slot at the base of the headwall.

For full value, continue straight up to the crescent, R-facing finish hold before pulling over onto the slab.

The "Girlfriend Problem" goes up the southwest arete of the Fairview Boulder on some big holds and big cobble stone. Top out.

You get fun bouldery moves for the first half then easier, slabby moves up top, but you don't want to fall up there. Climb up the right side of the southern face, staying off the crack to your left. I started low on the SE arete, traversing left and up. I dunno if that is correct or not, but it had a good flow.

SDS on a left hand, three or four finger pocket and a chalked hold to the right. Move up on a sharp small pocket, and a sharp crimp and then push over the ribbed bulge on some small, sloping crimps.

but with a standing start.

Start on the right side of the east face just right of a tree that touches the rock.  Move up into an undercling and make some big reaches up right.  The physical crux is pulling the bulge, but the mental crux is topping out....  You should feel comfortable with Flatiron soloing to finish this problem, as it is quite a journey to get back down....  Traverse left on the easy slab and either go around the south face on a sidewalk type ledge (scary but shorter) or head up easy rock to the top of the boulder and walk off the NW corner and back down the North side....

On Funk Soul Boulder, start in the middle on two finger slots. It goes out the small roof to surprisingly sticky semi-slopers. After violent alliteration, match, roll on up. Kind of fun, for the balance & footwork getting over the rooflet.

This is a pretty easy, little problem on the back of the Bob Boulder. The hardest part is getting off the ground - high feet and wide hands. Once you're up, then it's a bit of lay back through a big crack, then grab the chickenhead at the top, step your feet into the crack, and work your way up. There is a nice view into the valley at the top.

The easiest problem on the Memorial to Bob Horan Boulder.  Start on the right side on a large pocket then mantel to a small ledge and reach high for a small crimp (crux).  Finish on the flake to topout.

Climb big holds up the slab and top out at about eight feet.

Up from the Animal Chin boulder approximately 20 yards, start in juggy rails, move left to the arete, then mo e back right following a series of small pebbles to the lip.

This has to be among the best mid-grade boulder problems in the Front Range.  Located on the Bob Boulder, follow the normal approach to the Terrain boulders, but head slightly downhill to the south just before the Fairview Boulder.  The boulder is hidden from view until you're just above it.

This is the intimidating but stunning line on the east face.  Beginning from a well chalked jug, make strenuous moves up to the obvious hueco.  Traverse right to a rail and then fire straight up the seemingly blank section past hard to find crimps to the top.  With the bouders at the base and the sloping hillside landing, this section feels pretty up-there.

(FWIW, I've seen this listed in various places as V5, but I've since seen this in CO Bouldering 2 as V4.)

This problem starts as an SDS on the far right side of the Funk Soul Boulder with a huge undercling.  Move up to slopers on the intermediate ledge, then finish on some smaller slopers up top.

Start on the NE arete of the Flower Power Boulder (I stood on a little boulder at the corner there), and follow a nice line immediately into the seam/ gash that trends up and right on the north wall. Exit the seam, and do a few bouldery moves straight up, through a broken hold and another hold that requires delicate nature. Keep it together still trending up and right, going underneath, and eventually over the bulge up high. This combines/ crosses through 3 previously established problems, as listed in one of Benningfield's guidebooks.

Start on the E side of the Fairview Boulder with two pockets (SDS) just in front of the tree.  Move up to a small crimp at the lip, then two more crimps on the top of the ledge.  The difficulties ease after you mantel over the lip.  The crimps look too small (for a V3) but some key holds/sequence will allow you to send this one.

Schnitzel Bock is located on the Funk Soul boulder. The Funk Soul boulder is the first boulder that you will see as you are walking to the Terrain Boulders from the main trail.  From the left side of the boulder, starting at the base of the tree, traverse right using jugs and decent feet. At the last jug, move up while grabbing slopers and mantle the boulder. One should use the upper jugs rather than the bottom crimpers as the bottom variation is rated v9.

Begin in underclings on the large flake near the right side of the boulder.  Move up the seam making strenuous moves on mostly good holds then move out left to a good rail.  From the rail, make a committing move back right and top out on good holds.

Start on the SE side of the Fairview Boulder just right of Kleine Schlampe.  After reading the description on frontrangebouldering.com I'm not sure I did this one right.  They say, "Traverse L. to end of crack then straight up jugs and flakes."

I started on the huge pocket down low SDS, snagged a small (intermediate) crimp, threw for a sloper (crux), then finished straight up to the top.

On the back side of the Fairview Boulder to the right of the chossy dihedral in the middle of the wall to the right of Parasol. Start on an obvious rail and go up through small crimps and a mono/bidoight pocket, up to a big pocket with a crystal in it and finally grab a gastone and top it out.

Sds on the far bottom left side of the face with both hands in the crack. Throw your right hand up and right into some flat jugs inside the next crack over. Then match, and move right, and then up, into what I imagine was the original start of "Holly's Face" V5, utilizing crimps and pinches. Climb basically straight up the face at this point, with compelling climbing, and exit center/left.  I think the original version might of used a few holds just around the sloped arete, to the right more, and started standing in the center perhaps?

Parasol is located around the right side of the Farview Boulder (as you're walking up to it from the trail).  It starts low on some very chalked underclings under a roof.  A long static move gains a decent lip hold, which leads to a couple of cool moves on slopers.  A top quality problem!

Note:  this problem is way easier for tall people!

Start on a left-hand hueco, and then go up the crack. Top out high on the slab above the crack.

'Shag' is located on the back side of the Fairview boulder.  It is the problem that is farthest up the hill on the boulder.  Start on a massive chalked hold (careful- it was a little loose when I tried it), and move up on good crimps to a mantle at the top.  Fun moves on mostly good quality rock.

Start the same as

It Satisfies

, but go up and left after getting to the incut jug feature. It feels like a much better finish to the fun start. This is harder up high, but cleaner rock and movement make it feel safer than going right. Also the landing is nice and flat this way.
