[Edit]Boulder left of Community College Boulder. The Cave section is wet all summer but once the humidity calms down in the fall it tends to dry out. If your the first to climb it during the fall be sure to bring plenty of brushes and chalk to clean out the mud that has accumulated during the rainy season.
