Description
Fun face/slab climbing up the center of the main wall. What was once an X-rated trad climb* is now a well bolted sport climb! Traverse out left to reach a belay anchor at the base of Craig's Crack. Climb over the bulge to gain the slab, then follow the brown streak straight up. When it gets steeper, technique your way through the crux, then finish up to the anchor. For a 2nd pitch, bring trad gear & continue into the alcove above and exit via one of the cracks.*Originally put up in the early 80s by Jim Ewing as either a TR or solo (with optional cam in a horizontal at about 60'). Bolted by Jim Campbell, 2013
Location
In the center of the Main Wall, look to the bottom right to find the belay anchor. The climb is directly above.
Protection
8 bolts to bolt anchor. Standard rack for the optional 2nd pitch.
