Description

Follow the arete on the left side of the West Wall.

Location

On the very left edge of the West Wall, find the line of bolts left and slightly uphill of the more obvious bolts on

Old Pirates

7? bolts + 2-bolt anchor.

Eds. Note that a fall while pulling up rope for the 3rd bolt (or having a long sling on the 2nd bolt to reduce rope drag) with a lighter belayer could put you dangerously close to a groundfall!
