Splitter

Description

The route starts on an easy sloping ledge beneath the main crack. As the crack transitions to vertical, the difficulty increases, but the face is featured next to the crack with good footholds. Midway up the route, the crack runs up the middle of a 90-degree corner. There is a good place to rest before liebacking up this section. The crack transitions to horizontal towards the top and requires some armbars and use of small footholds on the polished face.

Location

Splitter is the northmost crack on the East-facing side of the face.

Protection

A standard rack. There is a bolted anchor with rappel rings at the top.
